I was reading the other morning about grace. The verse being quoted was from the KJV Bible. Grace was described as "abundant". I loved that! I grabbed my NIV Bible, but here the same passage only said "grace"...no qualifier. As I wondered why the writers would leave out the word "abundant" in the NIV translation, almost immediately it came to me...is there any other kind of grace but abundant? God's grace is always "abundant" - defined as present in great quantity, more than adequate, over-sufficient, abounding, plentiful.
We don't need the qualifier to know it's quantity. Grace is always overflowing and free!
Just had to share that, if anyone is even still out there... :-)
