Unseen Opportunities, God Unlimited

"...didn't realize the LORD was at work in this, creating an opportunity..." Judges 14:4

Sometimes we can't see God's Hand. We are so caught up in the now that we are missing God's possibilities. Our limited understanding has placed boundaries around what we can see, and we have forgotten that our God is limitless. God is not confined by the parameters of our thoughts or restricted by the properties that govern our actions. He is infinite. He has incalculable riches, countless hours, an unlimited number of reasons, innumerable options, multitudinous alternatives, a myriad of potential and untold love.

Today my family is coming together around 3:30pm (Eastern time) to pray and seek God's will for decisions that need to be made regarding the care of my Dad. Although the situation looks bleak at best, and often times we are not realizing God's Hand at work in this, we trust that He is creating an opportunity for His Name to be great and glorified through our lives and the life of our precious Daddy.

Would appreciate your prayers today. May the scales from our minds be removed as we seek His direction and trust in the provision He will bring.

praying my dear friend...
I have all day now... stuck at home with the stomach flu... had to send the family on the trip without me.
so much for eating out with Dave tonight. sigh.

I will pray now, and keep praying.
Love you,

Praying for you today. I pray that God will give you and your family a total peace about whatever decision comes from your meeting together. I pray that your Dad will have peace and comfort during this unsettling time.

Father, I know Your love is higher than the sky and deeper than the sea, but our human experiences seem to blind us from the truth. Experiences such as the one Joy and her family are facing now cause us to cast away our courage to hope and our hope for Your grace. I know You answered our prayers before we call out to You, and You hear us while we're still praying. Right now, Father, I pray for Your Peace to surround this family. I pray You will give them undivided hearts so they will fear Your Name. I know they, as will as I, will rejoice to know the direction that You want them to take. I pray that whether they turn to the left or the right, they will hear Your voice sayin, "This is the way, walk in it." In Jesus' Name, I pray, Amen.

Joy, my prayer may be late. But, I am deeply moved for your family. Please know that I am praying for you and that the Lord will shine His light for you so you can see, and give you good shoes to wear so you can walk out of this valley.
God bless!

Joyful, I'm just feeling compelled to say, God Loves YOU Joyful.

Lord, decisons likely have been made but now they need to trust upon you. Please provide an abundance of love and care to Joyful's father. Thank you that you have provided such a strong love around him through his family. I pray for Joyful, that she will feel you right beside her with Your arms around her. Amen.
