"Indeed, he loves his people, all his holy ones are in his hands." Deueronomy 33:3
Rough day.
Needing to feel His hands holding me.
I've been so encouraged by this devotional, "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands", and the song below.
His Hands hold me.

What a beautiful song and a wonderful reminder. I am praying for you friend, knowing that this journey with your dad is hard. I have two family members right now fighting terminal and chronic illnesses, and the only thing that gets me through is reminding myself daily that Gods plans are bigger than mine, and even though I dont understand it and tire of the sorrow of watching my loved ones suffer, I believe that He is there and has a purpose. Although knowing that doesnt make the worry and sadness go away at times, it is a comfort deep in my heart. Hope today is a great day and a fresh start to healing for your sweet father.
Today, Lord, give Joy eyes of faith to help reassure her that Your ways are best, even tho they may not be our ways. Lord, You brought the walls of Jericho down. I belieive that you can heal Joy's father. You, Lord, have a purpose for everything. Place your loving arms around this special family and hold on tight to them. Carry them through this difficult and sad time. Guide them and instruct them what to do today. Give them peace, that only comes from you. Let Your Glory shine bright so we all can see you in this situation. In Jesus' name, Amen.
